Getting with it

I don't know if I'm the only one that feels this way, but I feel so out of it and I'm having a hard time getting back to the swing of things. Why is it that when the Holidays come everyone or mostly everyone gets out of the routine? and then it s so hard to get back to normal.   You would think I went on vacation or had some extra days of, but nope, I had neither and even so I'm finding it hard to get back to "normal".

I worked all through the holidays, I worked half a day on Christmas eve and half a day on new year's eve. That's it. No extra days off, no vacation, no nothing. I just don't understand why I'm all out of  whack, especially when it comes to my blogging schedule. So, I'm sorry if I seem a little off, its because I am. I'm having an off day, well lets just say week ( Hey, just in case ).   I promise to snap out if soon.  In my defense, today is only Monday right?

Do you  guys have any tips on how to get with it when you have been out of it for awhile? Is there a process? Please share, I'm open to any suggestions. Any at all.

Usually when I feel off its because theres something I need to figure out... take a step back... figure out whats really bothering then make steps toward fixing it. Maybe working out..or just taking a mental health day will help!

I've been there lots of times! Honestly, I have to take time for myself to figure out how to get out of the funk and then just take a step or two in the right direction to just being ME!
